  • 2cupsstrawberries,sliced
  • 30ozpeaches,(2 cans), sliced
  • 11ozmandarin orange segments,(1 can)
  • 15ozpineapple chunks,(1 can)
  • 2bananas,sliced
  • 1green apple,cored, diced
  • cupsblueberries
  • cupspurple grapes
  • 1lime
  • 2tbspinstant vanilla pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Zest the lime.

  2. Drain one of the cans of peaches into a large bowl, then stir the pudding mix into the juice.

  3. Drain the remaining can of peaches, mandarin oranges, and pineapple chunks. Set aside the juices for another use.

  4. Add the peaches, oranges, pineapple, and lime zest to the pudding mixture. Gently stir to combine.

  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
