How To Make Melon Crunch Parfait

The combination of the juicy melon and crunchy granola makes for a delicious parfait recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 medium honeydew melon
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup low-fat granola
  • 4 strawberries

Instructions

  1. Slice the honeydew into grape-sized cubes.

  2. Combine the yogurt and brown sugar.
  3. Spoon half the yogurt mixture evenly into 4 dessert glasses.

  4. Top with half of the melon cubes.
  5. Add half the granola.
  6. Repeat layers, finishing with granola.
  7. Garnish with strawberries.
