Ingredients

  • 2mangosripe, peeled
  • 8ozlow fat cream cheeseor fat free
  • cupnatural sweeteneror coconut sugar
  • 3tbsphoneyadjust to suit your taste
  • 2tsplemon juicefreshly squeezed
  • ¼cupdesiccated coconutshredded

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor, and process until smooth and free from lumps.

  2. Pour into 4 serving glasses, and serve with strawberries, extra chopped mangoes, greek yogurt, or extra coconut.

Recipe Notes

 

Alternatively, if using fresh mangoes at room temperature (not pre-chilled), leave the mixture to cool in the refrigerator for about an hour or so, until chilled.
