- 8ozlow fat cream cheeseor fat free
- ⅓cupnatural sweeteneror coconut sugar
- 3tbsphoneyadjust to suit your taste
- 2tsplemon juicefreshly squeezed
- ¼cupdesiccated coconutshredded
Combine all ingredients into a food processor, and process until smooth and free from lumps.
