This fruit salad recipe with a honey-lime dressing is a vibrant and refreshing combination of strawberries, pineapples, grapes, kiwis, and more.

Ingredients

  • 1lbfresh strawberries,chopped
  • 1lbfresh pineapple,chopped
  • 12ozfresh blueberries
  • 12ozred grapes,sliced into halves
  • 4kiwis,peeled and chopped
  • 3mandarin oranges
  • 2bananas,sliced, optional

For Honey Lime Dressing:

  • ¼cuphoney
  • 2tsplime zest,(zest of 2 medium limes)
  • tbspfresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Add all fruit to a large mixing bowl. 

  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together they honey, lime zest and lime juice. 

  3. Pour over fruit and toss to evenly coat, serve immediately.
