How To Make Fruit Yogurt Bars

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp ginger
- 1 pkg mixed dried fruit, (1.5 oz)
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup apple juice concentrate
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease pan with cooking spray.
- Chop the package of dried fruit.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and then add the chopped fruit.
- In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, egg, oil, and apple juice concentrate.

Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients.
- When the ingredients are well blended, spread the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 50 minutes and let the bars cool before cutting and serving.
