How To Make Fruit Salad with Honey Goat Cheese Dressing
Enjoy a bite of this fruit salad loaded with grilled stone fruits for brunch today! It’s coated in a a sweet and salty dressing for a more delectable plate.

Ingredients
For Honey Goat Cheese Dressing:
- 2½ozgoat cheese,fresh, creamy, room temperature
- 1tbsphoney
- ½tbspextra-virgin olive oil
- 1½tspapple cider vinegar,fresh
- 2tsplemon juice
- 1½tbspwater
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
For Salad:
- 6cupsmixed baby greens
- 2medium peaches,ripe, halved, sliced into wedges
- 2medium plums,ripe, halved, sliced into wedges
- 24walnut,or pecan halves
Instructions

In a small blender, combine the goat cheese, honey, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, water, salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Mix until fully combined and creamy, yielding ½ cup. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.

When hot, spray lightly with oil, then grill the peaches and plums for 1 minute, or until char marks form on the flesh.

Divide the greens between 4 plates, top with the fruit and walnuts, then drizzle 2 tablespoons of dressing over everything.
