How To Make Fruit Salad with Honey Goat Cheese Dressing

Enjoy a bite of this fruit salad loaded with grilled stone fruits for brunch today! It’s coated in a a sweet and salty dressing for a more delectable plate.

For Honey Goat Cheese Dressing:

  • ozgoat cheese,fresh, creamy, room temperature
  • 1tbsphoney
  • ½tbspextra-virgin olive oil
  • tspapple cider vinegar,fresh
  • 2tsplemon juice
  • tbspwater
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

For Salad:

  • 6cupsmixed baby greens
  • 2medium peaches,ripe, halved, sliced into wedges
  • 2medium plums,ripe, halved, sliced into wedges
  • 24walnut,or pecan halves


  1. In a small blender, combine the goat cheese, honey, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, water, salt and freshly ground black pepper.

  2. Mix until fully combined and creamy, yielding ½ cup. Refrigerate until ready to use.

  3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.

  4. When hot, spray lightly with oil, then grill the peaches and plums for 1 minute, or until char marks form on the flesh.

  5. Divide the greens between 4 plates, top with the fruit and walnuts, then drizzle 2 tablespoons of dressing over everything.

  6. Serve, and enjoy!
