How To Make Banana Split Breakfast Parfait

  • 4 bananas, peeled
  • 2 cup fat-free plain yogurt, or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries, crushed
  • 1 cup pineapple, drained, crushed
  • 1 tbsp. honey, eliminate if using vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup low-sugar cereal , Cheerios, All-Bran, etc., such as Grape Nuts


  1. Mix yogurt, pineapple and honey.
  2. Dice or slice bananas.
  3. For each serving, layer yogurt mixture, bananas, cereal and strawberries in a parfait glass.
  4. Sprinkle top with additional cereal, and serve.
