How To Make Peanut Butter Frosting
A decadent peanut butter frosting, which goes exceptionally well with chocolate cakes.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter , softened, or margarine
- 2 cup confectioner's sugar
- 6 tsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- In a large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat peanut butter and butter (or margarine) until light and fluffy.
- Gradually beat in sugar, alternately with milk until frosting is a good spreading consistency.
- Beat in vanilla extract.
- This makes enough frosting to frost one 13x9x2-inch cake.
