This is really delicious icing.


This marshmallow icing recipe is great for cakes and cupcakes. Just combine a few ingredients and you will have this fluffy and easy-to-spread frosting.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 4 tbsp marshmallow cream
  • 3 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Boil sugar and water to soft-ball stage, 238 degrees F.

  2. Add to syrup the marshmallow cream.

  3. Pour syrup in a fine stream over stiffly beaten egg whites.

  4. Beat until stiff enough to spread.
