- 2 cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- 4 tbsp marshmallow cream
- 3 egg whites
Instructions

Boil sugar and water to soft-ball stage, 238 degrees F.

Add to syrup the marshmallow cream.

Pour syrup in a fine stream over stiffly beaten egg whites.
