How To Make Summer Fruit Crisp
This fruit crisp is loaded with the freshest summer fruits! It’s topped with a crunchy oatmeal topping for a crispier and more flavorful dessert.

Ingredients
- 1¼cupspeaches
- 1¼cupsapricots
- 1¼cupsnectarines
- 1¼cupscherries
- ½cupgranulated sugar
- 1tbspall purpose flour
- 1tsppure vanilla extract
For Topping:
- ½cupall purpose flour
- ½cupbrown sugar,packed
- ½cuprolled oats
- ¼tspground cinnamon
- ¼cupwalnuts,finely chopped
- salt,a pinch
- 5tbspunsalted butter,melted
- cooking spray
- Vanilla ice cream,for serving, optional
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Coat a 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, gently mix the peaches, apricots, nectarines, and cherries with the sugar, flour and vanilla extract. Transfer to the baking pan.
Topping:

Place the flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, walnuts and salt into a medium bowl, then stir to combine.

Pour in the melted butter.

Using a fork, stir until they are thoroughly combined.

Sprinkle the topping evenly over the fruit mixture.

Place the pan in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the topping is deep golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.

Cool slightly.
