White Chocolate Oreo Cookies Recipe

How To Make White Chocolate Oreo Cookies

These are not the Oreo cookies you know. They’re tender and chewy cookies studded with white chocolate chips and loaded with Oreos to make a sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • ¾cupbutter,softened
  • ¾cupbrown sugar
  • ¾cupsugar
  • 2eggs
  • 1tspvanilla
  • 2½cupsflour
  • 1tspbaking soda
  • ½tspbaking powder
  • 1tspsalt
  • 14Oreo cookies,coarsely crushed
  • 2cupswhite chocolate chips,(12 oz bag)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking spray.

  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

  3. In a stand mixer or medium-sized mixing bowl, beat together butter, sugar, and brown sugar about 2 minutes until fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla.

  4. Slowly beat in the dry ingredients until incorporated. Mix in the crushed Oreos until combined and lastly add the white chocolate chips.

  5. Roll into 1½-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet. Bake for about 7 to 9 minutes until just starting to lightly brown.
