
How To Make White Chocolate Cherry Cranberry Cookies
Celebrate the holidays with these cranberry cookies. They have a soft-chewy white chocolate base and are then studded with festive cherries and cranberries.

Ingredients
- 1½cupsflour
- ½tspbaking soda
- ¼tspsalt
- ½cupbutter,softened
- ½cupbrown sugar
- â…“cupsugar
- 1egg
- 1tspvanilla
- ¼tspalmond extract
- ½cupwhite chocolate chips
- â…“cupdried cherries
- â…“cupdried cranberries
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In another, larger bowl, combine butter and sugars and cream until fluffy.

Add egg, vanilla, and almond, and mix until smooth. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just incorporated. Gently stir in chocolate chips, cherries, and cranberries.

Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough and roll into a ball. Place on baking sheet 2 inches apart.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the tops and edges begin to brown. (Less time for lower altitudes).

Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet 2 minutes before removing and allowing to cool completely.
