  • 1cupbutter
  • 1cupsugar
  • 1cupbrown sugar
  • 2eggs
  • 2tspvanilla
  • 1tspsalt
  • 1tspbaking powder
  • 1tspbaking soda
  • 2cupsflour,(up to 2½ cups, if needed)
  • 2cupsoatmeal
  • 1cupcoconut
  • 1tspalmond extract,optional

Instructions

  1. Cream together butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Set aside.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.

  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well. Spoon onto a greased baking sheet.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.

  5. Let cool and enjoy.
