How To Make No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- ⅔cupsugar
- ½cupunsweetened cocoa
- 2tbsplight butter,such as Smart Balance
- ½cupfat free milk
- 2½cupsquick oats
- ¾cuplow fat peanut butter
- 1tspvanilla
- powdered sugar,or cocoa powder, optional
Instructions

Combine the sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk and boil in a small saucepan for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and mix in oatmeal, peanut butter, and vanilla.

Drop by tablespoons onto a wax paper or roll into balls with slightly moist hands and refrigerate overnight.

The next day you can roll them in powdered sugar or cocoa powder if desired.
