How To Make Loaded Chocolate Chip Cookies
With crisp edges and a chewy center, these chocolate chip cookies make chunky loaded treats with a mix of rice cereal, oats, and tons of chocolate chips.

Ingredients
- 1cupshortening
- 1cupwhite sugar
- ½cupbrown sugar
- ½cuphoney
- 2eggs
- 1tspvanilla extract
- 2cupsall purpose flour
- 1tspbaking soda
- 1tspsalt
- ½cupcrispy rice cereal
- ½cuprolled oats
- 1cupjumbo semisweet chocolate chips
- 1cupmilk chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the cookie sheets.

In a large bowl, cream together the shortening, white sugar, brown sugar, and honey until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.

Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Using a wooden spoon, stir in the oats, cereal, jumbo chocolate chips, and milk chocolate chips.

Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing them to a wire rack to cool completely.
