How To Make Keto Oatmeal Cookie Recipe
Delicious keto oatmeal cookie recipe made with almond flour and coconut oil.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup low carb sweetener
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine almond flour, shredded coconut, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix coconut oil, sweetener, egg, and vanilla extract.

Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until combined.

Using a tablespoon, scoop out the dough and place on a lined baking sheet.

Flatten each cookie with the back of a fork.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
