  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup stevia sweetener
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix natural peanut butter, unsweetened applesauce, stevia sweetener, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

  4. Combine dry and wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

  5. Form dough into 12 balls and place on prepared baking sheet.

  6. Use a fork to press down on each ball to flatten and form crosshatch marks.

  7. Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes.

  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
