
How To Make Hershey Kisses Cookies
These soft and moist chocolate cookies are made better with Hershey’s Kisses on top. It’s sweet and perfect for snacks – it’s easy to make as well!

Ingredients
- ½cupunsalted buttersoftened
- ½cupsugar
- ½cupbrown sugarpacked
- 1tspvanilla extract
- 1egglarge
- 2ozsemi-sweet chocolatemelted
- 1¾cupsflour
- ¼cupcocoa powderunsweetened
- 1½tspbaking powder
- ¼tspsalt
- 30Hershey kissesunwrapped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Add the butter and sugar to a stand mixer and beat on medium speed until lightened in color and fluffy.

Add in the vanilla, egg, and the melted chocolate.

Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt and add it into the stand mixer on low speed until just combined.

Scoop 1 tablespoon of sugar and roll cookies in the sugar then place on a baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

Once you remove from the oven have the chocolate kisses unwrapped and ready to push into the center of each cookie immediately then remove from the pan to cool completely.
