How To Make Half-Cup Cookies
Whip up a batch of these tasty and satisfyingly crunchy half-cup cookies loaded with peanut butter, chocolate chips, and coconut, for a delectable snack!

- 2cupswhole wheat flour
- 1tspbaking powder
- ¾tspsalt
- 1tspground cinnamon
- 2eggs
- ¼cupmilk
- ½tspvanilla extract
- ½cuppeanut butter
- ½cuphoney
- ½cupgranola
- ½cupbrown sugar,packed
- ½cupbutter,softened
- ½cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½cupwalnuts,chopped
- ½cupflaked coconut
- ½cupraisins
Instructions

Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon, then set aside.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and vanilla. Beat in the peanut butter, honey, brown sugar, and butter until creamy.

Stir in the flour mixture until well blended. Stir in the chocolate chips, nuts, coconut, raisins, and granola until blended.

Drop the batter by heaping a spoonful, 1-inch apart, on lightly greased baking sheets.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes until golden on the bottom. Cool on rack.
