How To Make Easy Fried Oreos
Here’s an easy and decadent upgrade to a classic treat! These fried Oreos are deep-fried until golden for that delectable carnival food dessert.

- 18Oreo cookies
- 1½cupspancake mix
- 1egg
- ¾cupmilk
- 2tspvegetable oil,plus more for frying
- ¼tspvanilla extract
- ¼cuppowdered sugar
- raspberry sauce,optional
Instructions

Heat 3 inches of oil in a deep pot to 350 degrees F.

Place the pancake mix, egg, milk, 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Stir to combine.

Dip each Oreo into the batter, then place them in the oil.

Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown all over.

Place the Oreos on a serving plate, then sift powdered sugar over the top.
