How To Make Christmas Wreath Cookies

No-bake sweet treats like our wreath cookies makes the perfect Christmas dessert! It’s easy to make and takes only 15 minutes to whip up.

Ingredients

  • ½cupbutter,1 stick
  • 30large marshmallows
  • 6tspgreen gel food coloring,1 and ¼ liquid green food coloring
  • ½tspvanilla extract
  • 5cupscornflakes
  • red hot candies,1 bottle, or ½ cup red candy coated chocolates
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

  2. Place the marshmallows and butter in a large bowl.

  3. Microwave in 30 second increments until melted.

  4. Add the green food coloring and vanilla, then stir until the marshmallow mixture is smooth.

  5. Add the cornflakes to the bowl, then gently stir to coat the cereal evenly with the marshmallow mixture.

  6. Pack the mixture into a greased ¼ cup measuring cup, then turn out onto the sheet pan.

  7. Use fingers to make a hole in the middle to form a wreath shape, then decorate with red candies.

  8. Cool completely until firm.

  9. Serve, and enjoy!
