How To Make Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites
These sweet cookie dough bites studded with chocolate chips makes for a delectable bite-size treat! Whip up a few bites in just under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1¼cupsall purpose flour
- ½cupunsalted butter,softened
- ½cuplight brown sugar,packed
- ⅓cupgranulated sugar
- ¼tspsalt
- 1½tbsphalf and half,plus more as needed
- 1tspvanilla extract
- ¾cupchocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Sprinkle the flour evenly onto a rimmed 18×13-inch baking sheet.

Bake in the oven for 5 minutes, then remove and let cool completely.

In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt for about 3 minutes until pale and fluffy.

Stir in the half and half and vanilla extract. Add in the flour and mix just until combined.

Drizzle in more half and half, ½ tablespoon at a time, as needed to bring dough together. Mix in the chopped chocolate chips, and set some aside to press some into top after shaping for looks, if desired.

Scoop the dough out about 1 tablespoon at a time and roll into balls. Place on a parchment paper.
