Pistachios and dried cranberries make this Christmas candy even more festive.
How To Make White Chocolate Holiday Bark
A saccharine treat for the holidays, this White Chocolate Bark recipe is made with dried cranberries and tasty pistachio nuts mixed in white chocolate. A perfectly imperfect dish you can make ahead of time!
In a saucepan, pour a couple of inches of water into the bottom half. Simmer on medium-low heat.
Grab a stainless steel bowl and place it on top of the saucepan.
Place the chocolate in the bowl and let it mold, stirring with a rubber spatula.
As it melts, check the temperature to make sure it stays between 82 to 86 degrees.
Remove bowl from before all the chocolate melts.
Stir vigorously until the chocolate melts completely. Stir in the oil until well-combined.
Throw in the cranberries and pistachio into the bowl of white chocolate. Mix until evenly distributed.
Line a baking sheet with foil and spread the chocolate mixture for about ½-inch thick.
Set bark aside at room temperature for 2 hours to harden.
Break into angled pieces and serve at room temperature.
