Serve your ice cream with a beautiful Chocolate Magic Shell! A combination of chocolate chips and coconut oil melted to form a hard, shell-like structure once poured over cold ice cream.

  • 1 ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup coconut oil, solidified
  • ice cream, desired flavor

Instructions

  1. Place the coconut oil and chocolate chips in a bowl.

  2. Microwave for 20 to 30 seconds until melted. Then, allow it to cool slightly.

  3. Stir until the consistency is smooth and runny.

  4. Pour over the ice cream and watch it harden into a shell-like form.
