How To Make Chocolate Curls

Make any dessert look delectably appetizing with these sweet chocolate curls that only need 2 ingredients and is done in 5 minutes!

  • 2ozsemi sweet chocolate
  • 2tspbutter,or shortening


  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave on 30% power until smooth.

  2. Pour onto a baking pan and using an offset spatula, spread chocolate as thin as possible.

  3. Place in the freezer for about 3 to 4 minutes or until firm.

  4. Use a spatula or scraper to scrape the chocolate off the pan and make curls. If the chocolate begins to soften too much, pop it back into the freezer for a couple of minutes.

  5. Once curled, place the pan back in the fridge until ready to use.

  6. Transfer the curls to any dessert using a spatula. Enjoy!
