
How To Make Chocolate Cherry Chip Vegan Cream
Enjoy this healthy and guilt-free vegan cream dessert made with vegan chocolate chips, fruits, and nuts mixed together in a blender until creamy.

- ¼cupraw cashews
- 1ripe banana
- 1cupice cubes
- 3ozextra-firm tofu,pressed to remove water
- 2medjool dates,pitted
- â…“cupcacao powder
- 2tspvanilla extract
- 1tspsoy milk,or more as needed
- â…“cupcherries,dried, chopped
- â…“cupvegan chocolate chips
Instructions

Place cashews in a bowl and cover with water. Soak for 1 to 3 hours. Drain.

Combine soaked cashews, banana, ice cubes, tofu, dates, cacao powder, vanilla extract, and soy milk in a blender. Process until smooth.

Add an additional teaspoon of soy milk only if needed in order to keep the mixture as thick as possible.

Stir in cherries and chocolate chips. Pour into a bowl to serve.
