How To Make Cranberry Cheesecake Topping

For your cheesecake to have an additional fruity and tangy flavor, try adding this cranberry cheesecake topping. Mix a little raspberry for extra tartness.

Ingredients

  • 12ozcranberries,fresh or frozen
  • 2cupsraspberries,fresh or frozen
  • 1lemon,zested
  • 1cupwhite sugar
  • 1cupwater

Instructions

  1. Squeeze 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice from the lemon.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.

  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.

  4. Cool completely.
