How To Make Caramel Apple Crumble Cheesecake

Enjoy a sweet bite of this apple crumble cheesecake, made with a crunchy and sweet crust and a smooth and creamy filling, for a mouthwatering treat!

For Crust:

  • 2cupsgraham cracker,crumbled
  • cupbrown sugar
  • cupbutter

For Filling:

  • 16ozcream cheese,softened
  • ¼cupbrown sugar
  • ¼cupwhite sugar
  • 2tbspcornstarch
  • 1tspcinnamon
  • ¼tspginger
  • 1tspvanilla extract
  • 2green apples,peeled, thinly sliced

For Topping:

  • ¼cuprolled oats
  • ¼cupflour
  • ¼cupbrown sugar
  • 1tspcinnamon
  • 2tbspbutter,melted
  • caramel sauce


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker, brown sugar, and butter. Press it into the bottom of a greased 8-inch springform pan.

  3. Bake for 5 minutes.

  4. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, brown and white sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, ginger, and vanilla extract.

  5. In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter.

  6. Spread the filling over the graham cracker crust, then layer the apple slices on top. Sprinkle the topping mix evenly over the apple layer.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes

  8. Drizzle on caramel sauce, serve, and enjoy!
