- ½ cup corn syrup
- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda

In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine sugar and corn syrup over medium-high heat.

Cook, stirring constantly until the mixture reaches a dark amber color.

Remove from heat and stir in peanuts, butter, and vanilla extract.
