Irish Cream Fudge Recipe

Anytime I make this fudge, I get rave reviews because everyone is blown away by the delicious taste. Lorann is a place to get this luscious flavoring as it isn’t always easy to find, but it makes the fudge. Many people like it because it reminds them of their favorite drink.

How To Make Irish Cream Fudge

  • 4 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 24 white chocolate chips
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 2 tbsp Irish cream flavoring
  • 2 tbsp vanilla flavoring


  • Butter all sides of a large heavy pan and heat it. Once it becomes warm enough, remove the pan from heat and add in the chips, butter, and flavorings.
  • In a separate pot, boil the milk and sugar, stirring constantly until the mixture reaches soft-ball stage (about 234-236 °F)
  • Beat the mixture with a wooden spoon every five minutes. Afterward, pour it into the buttered pan and store it in the fridge.
