How To Make Irish Cream Fudge
- 4 1/2 cups white sugar
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 24 white chocolate chips
- 3 sticks butter
- 2 tbsp Irish cream flavoring
- 2 tbsp vanilla flavoring
- Butter all sides of a large heavy pan and heat it. Once it becomes warm enough, remove the pan from heat and add in the chips, butter, and flavorings.
- In a separate pot, boil the milk and sugar, stirring constantly until the mixture reaches soft-ball stage (about 234-236 °F)
- Beat the mixture with a wooden spoon every five minutes. Afterward, pour it into the buttered pan and store it in the fridge.
