  • 2cupsconfectioners’ sugar
  • ½lbalmonds,blanched, finely ground
  • 2egg whites
  • ½tspsalt
  • ½tspalmond extract


  1. Blend the confectioners’ sugar, finely ground almonds, egg whites, salt, and almond extract in a blender until perfectly blended.

  2. Cover and chill for 24 hours until firm.

  3. Serve over cakes, and enjoy!
