Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Mix well.

  3. Press the mixture into a 9-inch tart pan. Bake for 10 minutes.

  4. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  5. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, beating well after each addition.

  6. In another mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

  7. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.

  8. Spread the mixture over the cooled crust.

  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
