How To Make Chocolate Torte Recipe

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch cake pan and line with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate chips together in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until light and foamy.

Stir in the melted chocolate mixture until well combined.

Sift in the flour and salt and mix until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth out the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the torte cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before removing from the pan and placing on a wire rack.
