Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled

  • 3 apricots, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup apricot jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a food processor, pulse flour, sugar, and butter until it forms a ball.

  3. Press dough into a greased 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.

  4. Arrange sliced apricots on top of the crust.

  5. Heat apricot jam in a saucepan until it liquefies and brush over apricots.

  6. Bake in preheated oven for 40-50 minutes, until crust is golden brown.

  7. Let cool before serving.
