How To Make Key Lime Poke Cake
A refreshing dessert that combines zesty lime and sweet cake.

Ingredients
- 1 box of white cake mix
- 1 cup of water
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- Lime zest for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs.

Add lime juice to the cake mix and stir until well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Mix together sweetened condensed milk and lime juice for the glaze.

Let the cake cool for a few minutes, then poke holes in the top with a fork.
