- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 3 cup flour

- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup pecans
Instructions
- Combine apples and sugar in bowl, mix well and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Add eggs, oil, mix well.
- Mix in dry ingredients and pecans.
- Pour into bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
