- 2cupsall-purpose flour
- 1cupsugar
- 2tspbaking powder
- 1tspkosher salt
- 1cupmilk
- 1tspvanilla extract
- 2tbspunsalted butter,melted and semi-cooled
For Topping:
- ½cupunsalted butter,melted
- ½cupsugar
- 1tbspground cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 10-inch square pan.
