
How To Make Chocolate Chip Pound Cake
Bites of warm melty chocolate in a buttery, moist, and chewy form of pound cake. It’s a delicious classic choice of chocolate chip flavor in a snack.

- 12tbspunsalted butter
- 1cupsugar
- 1tbspvanilla
- 4large eggs
- ¼cupwhole milk
- 2cupsflour
- 1tspbaking powder
- ¼tspsalt
- 1½cupsmini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Flour and butter an 8×4-inch loaf pan.

To a stand mixer add the butter and sugar with the paddle attachment and cream together for about 2 to 3 minutes until light and fluffy.

Add in the vanilla, eggs, and milk until fully combined.

Add in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined then fold in most of the chocolate chips. Reserve a handful.

Pour mixture into the loaf pan and sprinkle over the remaining chips and bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
