White Chocolate Scotcharoos Recipe

How To Make White Chocolate Scotcharoos

A peanut butter base and a butterscotch topping with white chocolate chips and rice cereals make this scotcharoos recipe a great dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1cuppeanut butter
  • 1cupsugar
  • 1cuplight corn syrup
  • 6cupsRice Krispies cereal
  • ¾cupbutterscotch chips
  • ¾cupwhite chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Pour rice krispies into a large bowl and set aside.

  2. Bring peanut butter, sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Pour over rice krispies and press into a greased 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch pan.

  3. Melt white chocolate and butterscotch chips together and mix well. Spread over the top of the ceral mix.

  4. Cool, cut and then serve. Enjoy!
