Skor Toffee Bars Recipe

How To Make Skor Toffee Bars

Ingredients

  • 11ozritz crackers,(1 box)
  • 14ozsweetened condensed milk,(1 can)
  • 8oztoffee bits,(1 bag)
  • 1cupmilk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8×8-inch with aluminum foil or parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.

  2. Put the Ritz Crackers into a food processor and pulse until they are fine crumbs. Or put into a gallon sized baggie and crush until fine with a rolling pin.

  3. In a medium mixing bowl mix together the Ritz cracker crumbs, toffee chips, and sweetened condensed milk until incorporated.

  4. Press the crumbs into the bottom of the 8×8-inch pan. Sprinkle the chocolate evenly on the top.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes. Once the pan comes out of the oven, spread melted chocolate chips evenly with a spoon. Allow to cool for about an hour and enjoy!
