How To Make Hot Fudge Slow Cooker Brownies

Make your guests say wow with perfectly fudgy and heavenly hot fudge-topped slow cooker brownies that are similar to the classic fave lava cake!

Ingredients

  • 1boxfudge brownie mix,9×13-inch pan size
  • cupoil
  • ¼cupwater
  • 2eggs

For Topping:

  • ¾cuphot water
  • 12ozhot fudge sauce,(1 jar)

Instructions

  1. Grease a 6-quart slow cooker very liberally with cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, oil, ¼ cup of water, and eggs until well mixed.

  3. Pour the batter into the greased slow cooker.

  4. Whisk together the hot fudge sauce and hot water, and pour over the brownie batter (do not stir).

  5. Top with the lid and cook on High for 2½ to 3 hours or until the edges are set (the center will be slightly gooey).

  6. Serve with ice cream and additional fudge sauce if desired.
