Ingredients
- ¾cupall purpose flour
- ¼cupcocoa
- ½tspsalt
- ½tspbaking powder
- 1cupsugar
- ½cupcooking oil
- 2eggs
- 1tspvanilla
- ½cupchocolate chips
Instructions

Combine the flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder in a medium bowl and stir until well-mixed.

Whisk together the sugar and oil in a large bowl. Add the eggs and vanilla, then whisk until blended. Add the dry ingredients, then whisk just until blended. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour batter into a lightly greased or a foil or parchment paper-lined 9-inch square baking pan, then spread evenly.

Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Take care not to overbake brownies.
