Ingredients

  • ¾cupall purpose flour
  • ¼cupcocoa
  • ½tspsalt
  • ½tspbaking powder
  • 1cupsugar
  • ½cupcooking oil
  • 2eggs
  • 1tspvanilla
  • ½cupchocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder in a medium bowl and stir until well-mixed.

  2. Whisk together the sugar and oil in a large bowl. Add the eggs and vanilla, then whisk until blended. Add the dry ingredients, then whisk just until blended. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  3. Pour batter into a lightly greased or a foil or parchment paper-lined 9-inch square baking pan, then spread evenly.

  4. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Take care not to overbake brownies.
