How To Make Bongo Bars

Featuring a combination of chocolate chip cookies and blondies, these bongo bars are a simple sweet treat that delivers everything you’d want in a dessert.

Ingredients

  • ¾cupbutter
  • 2cupsbrown sugar
  • cupsflour
  • tspbaking powder
  • 3eggs
  • 1bagchocolate chips
  • 1tspvanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Melt the butter and mix it with the brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Add the flour and baking powder. The mix will be crumbly at this point. Be careful not to overmix these!

  4. Add eggs and vanilla. Lastly the chocolate chips.

  5. Spread in a 9×13-inch pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
