- 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and coat a baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Blend black beans, eggs, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and baking powder in a food processor until smooth.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
