How To Make Bolo de Fubá Cornmeal Cake
Try making a classic Brazilian cornmeal cake that’s great for dessert or breakfast! This cake is sweeter and moister than cornbread but tastes just like it!

Ingredients
- 3cupsskim milk
- 4largeeggs
- 1 ½cupscornmeal,yellow, coarse
- 1 ½cupsgranulated sugar
- 1 ½tbspall-purpose flour
- 2 ½tbspunsalted butter,melted
- 1tbspbaking powder
- 2tbspParmesan cheese,grated
- baking spray
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Spray a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with baking spray.

Add milk, eggs, cornmeal, sugar, flour, and butter to blender.

Mix all ingredients for about 1 minute, or until blended well.

Then add baking powder and grated Parmesan cheese and blend on lowest setting or pulse for a few seconds.

Pour mixture into baking pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from oven and let cool for 30 minutes before serving.

Cut into 21 pieces, then serve. Enjoy!
