How To Make Cheesy Mexican Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, salsa, black beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

In a separate bowl, mix cheddar cheese and sour cream.

In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, add half of the chicken mixture.

Pour the cheese mixture over the chicken mixture and spread evenly.

Add the rest of the chicken mixture on top of the cheese mixture.

Sprinkle with extra cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
