
How To Make Awesome Korean Steak Recipe

Ingredients
- 1.5 lb flank steak
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and mirin.

Place the flank steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, making sure it is evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for maximum flavor.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard excess marinade.

Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired level of doneness is reached. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
