How To Make Kinako Mochi Recipe
Japanese sweet mochi with roasted soybean flour topping.

Ingredients
- 1 cup mochiko (sweet rice flour)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup kinako (roasted soybean flour)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
Instructions

In a bowl, mix mochiko, sugar, and water until it forms a smooth batter.

Microwave for 2-3 minutes until the batter becomes elastic and translucent.

Scoop out small portions and shape them into small balls.

In a separate bowl, mix kinako, sugar, and salt.

Roll each mochi ball in the kinako mixture until evenly coated.
