How To Make Chinese Tofu and Soy Ginger Glaze Recipe

A delicious and healthy tofu dish smothered in a sweet and savory soy ginger glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch.

  3. Place tofu cubes on a baking sheet and pour the soy-ginger glaze over the tofu.

  4. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the tofu is crispy and browned.

  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with rice.
